My 6 Months program is designed to give you long-term support for your goals and permanent lifestyle changes.  We'll work at a slower pace, 2 or 3 changes at a time, to find what really works for you. I consider everything about you--your health history, work life and daily schedule, relationships, eating habits and sleeping patterns to help you create a program that will radically improve your health and happiness!
