This program is designed to help you create permanent lifestyle changes, and I am here to support your success! We focus on improving your wellbeing in every way, to protect your health and help you feel your best everyday!

Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body, and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Food is where we start, because your best health starts with high quality nourishment. We know that food is crucial in preventing or improving chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and obesity.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what works for you! I consider everything about you that is unique—your health history, your work life and daily schedule, relationships, personality, eating habits, sleeping patterns, etc. before I make any recommendations. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness!

Your personalized program includes:

  • Two 50-minute coaching sessions each month (total of 12 sessions)
  • E-mail support between sessions with recommendations to practice
  • Progress assessment at each session
  • Coaching and support in making the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Informative take-home resources that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • Strategies for preventing sugar cravings before they begin
  • Delicious recipes that are easy to prepare so you spend less time cooking and more time enjoying!

6 Months To Your Best You Total Program Cost: $725 ($25 off program cost) for one payment up front OR $750 split into two payments (of $375); the first payment will be due before session #1, the second payment will be due before session #6.
