One of my greatest passions is to help people become strong, flexible and healthy in every way.  As a personal trainer for 25 years, my goal has always been to look at each person as an individual with specific needs that need to be met based on personal preferences, health history--including past injuries, circumstances and risk factors--and weekly schedule.  I incorporate a variety of training techniques and tools with an eye on joint safety. Your workouts will be about you, not my ego!    Find out more about my training philosophy here.
