As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what works for you! I consider everything about you that is unique—your health history, your work life and daily schedule, relationships, personality, eating habits, sleeping patterns, etc. before I make any recommendations. My role is to create a supportive environment and help you make gradual changes that aren’t overwhelming, so you can actually stick to your goals! Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
We start here: You are what you eat. What you put into your mouth creates the building blocks for cellular creation and regeneration. I think that’s pretty important, don’t you? But I also know that food needs to be yummy and inviting, and that creating a lifelong love affair with healthy eating involves freedom! Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I encourage my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible and free of denial. No one diet will work for every body.
When you eat better, you feel better, and you live better! This is your time to get it right and move on once and for all: without the extra weight, poor health, and the mental and emotional stress that come when we don’t take care of ourselves and the people we love. My support will help you to radically improve your health, increase your energy and reduce cravings, prevent disease, and feel more satisfied with your life choices—and I will help you learn how to become more intuitive and confident when making those choices!
